Overview

The Associate Director of Email & GTM Campaigns will operate at the intersection of technology and marketing strategy, driving innovative outbound marketing experiments. You'll be part of a high-impact team generating eight-figure revenue through cutting-edge email and marketing approaches that leverage advanced technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation.
• Proactively researching data and trends to develop new strategies and technologies.
• Building and optimizing prompt-based mass messages.
• Leading human and AI-based quality assurance systems to minimize campaign errors.
• Ensuring proper documentation of new projects and existing processes.

Requirements

• Marketing Experience: Background in B2B Marketing
• AI Expertise: Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM-based systems
• Marketing Tools: Experience with marketing automation and email marketing
• Technical Skills: Intermediate or advanced SQL skills
