Luxe Dental Cosmetics is a premier boutique practice in Brentwood seeking a polished, high-energy Patient Coordinator. We aren't just looking for an administrator; we are looking for the "face of our practice"—someone who combines clinical organization with a sales-driven mindset to provide a true white-glove experience for our patients.
TitleCosmetic Dentistry Patient Coordinator
Job Description Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage multi-line phone systems, and oversee front desk operations with a focus on hospitality.
Clinical Coordination: Schedule appointments using systems like Dentrix, Open Dental, or Athenahealth; facilitate intake for new patients and assist with care plan coordination.
Financial Oversight: Verify insurance coverage (including Medicare), collect payments, and manage medical billing utilizing ICD-10 and CPT coding standards.
Compliance & Records: Maintain meticulous patient records and filing systems in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and health information management policies.
Sales Support: Use your communication skills to follow up on inquiries and assist in converting consultations into scheduled cosmetic procedures.
full-time $40,000 - $70,000 per year

Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and EHR/EMR systems (Dentrix or Open Dental experience is a major plus).
Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and clerical skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse Los Angeles clientele.
Billing Knowledge: A solid grasp of insurance verification, ICD-9/10 coding, and dental terminology.
The "Sales" Edge: Experience in sales or high-end customer service is a significant advantage for this commission-eligible role.
