Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth, efficient workflow.
Manage treatment coordination, patient scheduling, and staff supervision.
Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting with accuracy.
Ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining compliance with office policies.
Collaborate with leadership to meet practice goals and drive growth.
full-time $35 - $45 per hour
Salary based on Experience.

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of dental office experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Expertise in treatment coordination, billing, and financial reporting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft).
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
