Your Role:
As our Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading and inspiring our front office team
- Managing clinic schedules to optimize patient flow
- Handling billing, insurance claims, and financial inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our patients
What We are Looking For:
- A dynamic leader with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dental office management (Must Have)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (Not required - but a plus!)
- A passion for healthcare and patient satisfaction
