About the job The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests, in line with the property’s service and hygiene standards. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties: Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas daily. Change bed linens and towels, make beds, and replenish guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and disinfect surfaces according to standard procedures. Report any maintenance issues, lost & found items, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Refill housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies and linens. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including use of PPE and chemicals. Ensure guest privacy and security by following key control and "Do Not Disturb" policies. Greet guests politely if encountered and assist with basic requests when needed. Perform deep cleaning and other duties as scheduled or assigned by the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and pantry rooms. As Housekeeping Attendant, we expect from you: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long hours). Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
