Housekeeping AttendantHousekeeping attendants are responsible for the cleaning and support of our facility and grounds to make every event a World-Class success. This position values guests and is committed to providing a positive impression while delivering World Class Service. This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests and employees.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide a positive first impression by offering World Class ServiceResponsible for providing a clean and safe facility before, during, and after all eventsClean and maintain all bathrooms and replenish supplies as neededSweep, mop, vacuum and maintain various types of floorsClean all surfaces including glass, furniture, fixtures, etc.Responsible for picking up trash and emptying trash and recycle receptaclesMaintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance during work hoursHelp assure the healthy, safety and security of co-workers and guests by following all safety procedures and rulesMonitor and report to the manager any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, safety issuesAll other duties as assignedQualificationsMust comply with our company policy of background checks and pre-employment drug screeningMust be polite, friendlyPrior guest service experience a plusMust maintain an energetic, pleasant, and neat professional appearancePunctual, dependable, and excellent work attendance requiredAbility to relate with a diverse customer backgroundAdaptability to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to listen effectively, take and execute directions givenAbility to multitask and work well under pressureWorking ConditionsMust be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English languageAbility to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or peopleAbility to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.Ability to work in loud environmentsAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbsMust be able to walk to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event timesMust have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperaturesMust be able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, stoop, and squat without any physical movement restrictionMust be able to work comfortably at high heights using man lifts, truss, ladders, and catwalksWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
