Job Title: MIG/TIG Welder Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders proficient in both MIG and TIG welding processes to join our team. The role involves welding large custom industrial ovens, working off blueprints, and performing both bench and custom welding primarily using stainless steel. This position is a blend of production and custom work, requiring the use of hand and power tools as well as basic fabrication equipment.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
• Work off blueprints to weld large industrial ovens.
• Engage in fabrication and minimal mechanical assembly work.
• Utilize hand and power tools along with basic fabrication equipment.
• Split time between welding and assembly work, with approximately 75% dedicated to welding.

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience working with stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude.

• Completion of welding school.
• Experience in MIG and TIG welding.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

They offer great benefits-Medical-Dental-Vison-Pension offer - $2.05/hr. and fantastic benefits. The pension is vested once you work there for 5 years.-2 raises every year. One annually and one every August-The raises are anywhere from $.40 - $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises.-They are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week. At times they are offer OT on Saturday and Sunday. Double time pay if you work on Sunday.

This is a fully onsite position in Lakeville,MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Sep 29, 2026.
