This puts us in a uniquely competitive position and affords our agents the ability to close deals with ease. No need to be pushy. Best of all, these products are offered at the same rate or less than regular life insurance
Compensation :
The average advanced commission an agent receives on one sale is $500. Total commissions per sale average at $700
Average Part time agents work 12 to 25 hours per week and can earn an average of $50,000 per year
Average Full time agents work 30 to 40 hours per week (3 to 4 days per week) and can earn $100,000-$250,000 per year
Compensation comes directly from the insurance carriers as a direct deposit to your bank account, not our company
Salary is not guaranteed - this will be a result of your performance (100% commissions)
Training:
All new agents are trained one-on-one by Michael Crimp .
Online 7 steps training (Typically completed in one week)
Training library for supplemental training
Three times per week conferce calls
Qualifications :
No previous experience required, we will train you. Training is not paid
Must have or be willing to obtain life insurance license. We will help you with your pre-licensing course.
Clean criminal background
Be personable and have a willingness to serve your clients
Be willing to utilize our system/process to maximize success
Be located in the US and able to travel to clients' homes
What you should know:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position
Compensation is 100% commission
