We are looking for a strong people leader who can build trust, develop talent, and help teams achieve results.2nd Shift: Monday-Friday (3pm-11pm)What You Will DoLead, coach, and develop a team of production employees while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learningDrive daily operational performance by monitoring key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, and deliveryConduct daily team huddles and communicate expectations, priorities, and performance goalsPartner with employees to identify opportunities for improvement and remove barriers to successSupport employee development through coaching, training, performance feedback, and recognitionPromote and reinforce safe work practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues and improve performanceUtilize structured problem-solving methods to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure staffing levels, work assignments, and resources are aligned with business needsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting related to production performance, employee development, and operational activitiesSupport Molex's Quality and Environmental Management Systems through adherence to established policies and proceduresWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing employeesExperience driving accountability, managing performance, and leading teams toward operational goals.Experience communicating and collaborating with employees, customers, suppliers, or cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectivesExperience prioritizing multiple responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities, and making decisions in a fast-paced work environmentWhat Will Put You AheadExperience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environmentExperience managing daily operations through KPIs, visual management systems, and performance metricsKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or KaizenExperience supporting employee training, onboarding, and development initiativesExperience leading teams of 15+ employeesKnowledge of safety, quality, and operational excellence principlesAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
